Transparent Pricing That Makes Sense
Working capital analysis shouldn't feel like a mystery. We've structured our services around what Australian businesses actually need — not what sounds impressive in a brochure. Pick the level that fits where you are right now, and we'll go from there.

What Happens After You Sign Up
I get asked this a lot. People want to know what they're actually getting into before they commit. Here's the honest breakdown of how we work together, step by step.
Initial Setup Week
We schedule a call within three business days. You'll talk with Freja Lundqvist, who handles all new client onboarding. She'll ask about your current systems and what you're hoping to improve. No sales pitch — just practical questions about how your business operates.
Data Connection Phase
This usually takes about a week. We connect to your accounting software (or work with whatever format you've got). Kaden Strickland from our technical team handles this part. He's worked with everything from sophisticated ERP systems to spreadsheets emailed every Monday morning.
First Analysis Delivery
Around day 14, you get your first proper report. It covers where your working capital sits right now and highlights any immediate concerns. We schedule a 45-minute call to walk through what we found and answer questions. Most clients have plenty at this stage.
Ongoing Partnership
From there, it depends on which package you chose. Essential clients get monthly reviews. Professional tier includes bi-weekly reports and a standing monthly meeting. Enterprise partnerships involve weekly updates and direct access to your assigned analyst whenever you need them.
"I went with the Professional package in March 2024. The monthly strategy sessions have been worth it alone. Stellan helped us spot a seasonal pattern we'd been missing for three years. We adjusted our supplier payment timing and freed up an extra $43,000 in working capital by October."

Can I switch between packages later?
Yes, and clients do this fairly often. Some start with Essential to test things out, then move to Professional once they see the value. Others scale back during quieter seasons. Just give us two weeks notice so we can adjust reporting schedules properly.
What if our accounting setup is a mess?
We've seen worse than you're imagining. Seriously. Part of the initial week involves figuring out what data you actually have and what we can work with. Sometimes we'll suggest some cleanup first, but we can usually start analysis with whatever you've got and improve the data quality as we go.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
Three months. That's how long it typically takes to establish baseline patterns and see meaningful improvements. After that, it's month-to-month. We've had clients work with us for six years, and others who needed help through a specific growth phase then moved on. Both scenarios are fine.
What happens if we need extra support?
Depends on your package. Professional and Enterprise tiers include a fair bit of flexibility for ad-hoc questions. Essential clients can book additional consultation hours at $180 per hour. During major events (like securing new funding or opening a location), we often adjust service levels temporarily to provide extra support.
Do you work with specific industries only?
We handle most sectors, though we see a lot of retail, manufacturing, and professional services clients. The working capital principles stay pretty consistent across industries. What changes is the typical cash conversion cycle and seasonal patterns. We've worked with everything from construction firms to online subscription businesses.
What's included in the dashboard access?
Professional and Enterprise clients get login credentials to a custom dashboard. It shows real-time working capital metrics, cash flow projections, and trend analysis. You can generate reports yourself between our scheduled reviews. The interface is straightforward — most clients figure it out without training, though we offer a walkthrough if you want one.
Our team analyzes your working capital patterns using proven methodologies developed through hundreds of client engagements across Queensland and New South Wales since 2017.
